TAKE MY 30 DAYS NO SUGAR CHALLENGE

Today I want to ask you to do something for your health. The holiday seasons will be upon us in a month, and this time I want you to improve your health BEFORE the holidays arrive, so you enjoy them more and without any guilt.

Festivals are an intrinsic part of Indian culture and present us with happy times to celebrate with family, friends and close ones. Diwali month is the biggest festival season which goes on till New Year’s and also has Christmas falling between the two, making it an almost two months long(or more!) holiday season.

In times of such festivities and celebrations, we usually indulge more in our favourite foods, snacks, desserts and drinks without realising they have a lasting impact on health. Somewhere without noticing, our health takes a backseat.

During the festivals we usually gain few pounds. So what do we do? We end up making health resolutions come each New Year but they do not last for most of us. Each year is the same, and we never come out of this pattern.

Does it mean we should not enjoy our favourite foods in the biggest holiday season? Of course NO! We are meant to enjoy food occasionally, and what bigger occasion than the biggest festival season of the year.

But this time it is going to be different. This time we are going to be prepared. This year we will be doing a preemptive health boost so that we can enjoy our favourite times of the year without any guilt. At the end, we will be proud of what we have achieved in these 30 days. This time we are going to take a 30 DAYS NO SUGAR CHALLENGE!

What does it mean?

After successful completion, I will review all your meals and comment upon your achievements and what foods could be improved which will help you devise future meal plans for healthy living and/or weight loss. If during this period, your pre-existing conditions improve, I will also educate about why they are improving upon giving up sugar. You can use this knowledge for life. I will also be available during the 30 days period to make your journey smoother and to help you with doubts/questions about certain foods.

How do I take this challenge?

It’s simple. Just let me know that you are signing up and that’s it. I have a template attached here for the 30 days meals that you eat for me to review later (you will have to send me the completed form at the end of 30 days). If you have not consumed any sugar, you will get my inputs on your meals in a personalised discussion. To let me know that you are signing up, you can contact me here or here. If you want others to take this challenge with you, feel free to share the template. You can also download the flyer by clicking this link 30 DAYS NO SUGAR CHALLENGE FLYER or refer to the image on top.

So what are you waiting for? Join me in this challenge and get ready to reap the rewards. I will see you, on the other side of this journey!
