Hello guys, this past year has been a tremendous journey for me and Rashi, in the hopes of improving health for all. It was the 20th of August, 2017 since I started coaching people. In a year, I have helped more than 300 people, with many on a long term assistance program.
The feeling of improving health is amazing, but what is exhilarating is people’s enthusiasm in improving their health by eating right. It gives me hope, that we are moving in the right direction. Hope is motivating and inspiring.
This hope has brought us to the point where we have shifted from sugar, wheat and junk to greens, fats and homemade foods. Clean eating is now our way of life but it does take a lot of time, planning and resources to create a system that can be labelled sustainable. For us, we are still learning everyday and it is the hope and drive of people that motivates us.
I am very happy to announce that we have just finished a recipe book which basically comes directly from our kitchen. This is our first attempt to write such a book and will be a good resource for those starting or thinking to start clean eating regime. Idea is to write few more as we progress.
